• Explain how and why the Product Owner maintains authority over the product while working collaboratively with the Development Team and stakeholders.
• Illustrate how a Scrum Team will inspect and adapt and increase transparency at each of the Scrum events.
• Describe the responsibilities for the Development Team, Product Owner, and Scrum Master during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Define why the Sprint Goal does not change during a Sprint and the outcome of every Sprint.
• Discuss the reasons why the increment must be brought to the current definition of ‘Done’ regardless of whether the Product Owner chooses to release the increment.
• Identify the potential outcomes for a Sprint Review and the essential characteristics of the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.

• Service to the Product Owner – This will include an explanation of ways the Scrum Master could support the Product Owner.
• Service to the Organization – This will include detailed knowledge of Impediment Removal and Coaching the Organization.

• Passing score: 37 out of 50 i.e. 74% passing score

CSM® Examination Process

• Attend our CSM® online Training with expert CST’s. (All our trainers are Certified Scrum Trainers)
• CSM® test will be based on the CSM Content Outline Learning Objectives.
• Take the Online CSM® Certification exam within 90 days.
• You will get 2 attempts (1st attempt within 14 days ) to pass the CSM® exam.
• Claim your Certification on Successful completion of the CSM® exam.
• In case of failure, an additional attempt will be charged $25 for each after 2 attempts.
